Can't answer the question on how much since I haven't done windshields. Yet.
But there's a few companies that do have windshields for Revcons. One of those is Coach Glass in Oregon (they distribute nationwide), another is RV Glass Solutions. That company did the rear glass on my coach (whoever had the coach before me put in a Plexiglass rear window).
Insurance on a Revcon is a touchy subject. The coaches are all old enough to vote, so depreciated values on them in the eyes of an insurance carrier are usually low. Real low. Best way to go with insurance that I've been told is to have the coach professonally appraised and have a declared value-type policy put on it, that will pay a guaranteed amount minimum if the coach is totaled. Especially if you've put a bunch of work into it. It would really suck to get a $3,000 payout offer from Joe the Insurance Adjustor on a coach you've got in excess of $50K sunk into....but this both can and does happen every day. Insurance companies love to underallow...
