Sorry for such a delayed reply. The front rotors can be replaced with a mid 90's Ford pickup rotor. One will need to have the diameter turned down 1/4", but otherwise it fits just fine.

BTY: I can't imagine driving a Revcon with one front brake disconnected. Revcon rear brakes are known for not doing much, so with only one front brake and weak rear brakes, that had to be scary.

Speaking of rear brakes, I've replaced my rear brakes with discs. It is a simple straight forward bolt on modification. Kodiac makes a direct replacement for the 8K Dexter axle. The distribution valve needs to be removed, but otherwise it is a matter of just bolting them on. You can't believe the stopping distance improvement, and the level of confidence it brings, especially driving through downtown Chicago traffic.
