Made a mistake by placing this under Flatnose. Will try here.

I need new axle boots for my 1984 Revcon King. My search yielded a BT-136,
a NAPA 686-1064 and a Moot cv-2456. I could not locate the BT-136 but I did find the other two. Will these work? I can use any help!!

Tom

I have no idea if these would work of not, but at least worth looking into:
https://www.stretchcvboot.com/cv-boots/
The way these stretch over the C-V, I'd have to think they would fit just about anything. Otherwise Rockford CV has a listing of sizes. Since I sold my coach, I can't measure to see if any these are close:

The BT 136 is a number stamped on my boot. It was rebuilt by Rockford CV, however when they look up that boot number, it is way smaller than the CVs on our coaches, so I don't know why mine has that number molded into the rubber.
The CVs were made by Con-Vel and were an agricultural product. Con-Vel appears to still be around.

This is an update on my search for axle boots. I called Rockford Constant Velocity to discuss an alternative. Fortunatly, the individual with whom I spoke remembered my previous call and informed me that he had done additional research and found the
BT-136 boot. The problem was due to his not having entered the dash between the BT and the 136 into his computer. So, the BT-136 from Rockford CV Is available and my cost was $46 each plus shipping. Just remember to include the dash!

These are the boots I picked up. EMPI 86-1064-D. They fit fine, the only thing is the new clip that comes in the box is way too small. Play nice with the old one and reuse it.
